ENGINEERING LAB TECHNICIAN

MON-FRI; 7:00AM–3:30PM

Bothell, WA

Are you a newly graduated Engineering or STEM major that is seeking to start your career with a local manufacturing company? This is a temp-to-hire role that can quickly lead to the next steps in your engineering career. As an Engineering Lab Technician, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our Engineering and Quality Assurance teams. You'll get hands-on experience with testing, building prototypes, and contributing to product development and improvement. Your responsibilities will include conducting product tests, inspecting products from vendors and our own production line, and preparing materials for various tests.


Hours: Mon – Fri 7:00am-3:30pm


What you’ll do:

1. Develop and prepare engineering models and drawings.

2. Develop documentation packages for equipment and the manufacture of products.

3. Verify design packages conform to specifications and properly define manufacturing requirements.

4. Conduct in-plant assessments of process robustness and efficiency, identifying opportunities for improvement.

5. Perform product testing and create reports detailing findings.


What you’ll bring:

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SolidWorks

2. Experience with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)

3. The ability to communicate and work with Engineers, production team members and planning.

4. The ability to work well under pressure

5. The ability to take accurate measurements with calipers, height gauge, outside diameter tape, micrometers, and other measuring tools


Compensation: $23.51-$34.09 per hour
