ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Run schedule; understand and decipher part numbers.
Follow work instructions, drawings, established quality standards, and established safety protocols.
Must meet defined production expectations and be on-time to schedule.
Read and recognize assembly parts and their subcomponents by size for application of assembly.
Package and label product and perform computer transactions.
Meet all company work schedule and attendance expectations, and perform within the physical and environmental demands of the job.
ADDITIONAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Alert Lead or Assistant Supervisor to material shortages, quality, safety, or personnel issues.
Pull materials for assembly and put materials away.
Replenish parts bins.
Participate in process improvement events, as directed.
Assist with other functions within the department, as directed.
Assist other departments with various duties and projects, as directed.
Participate in physical inventories.
Keep work area clean and organized.
Attend required meetings.
Promptly report labor hours to labor program.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Must be able to work in a team
Understand oral and written instructions
Possess effective written and verbal communication skills
Can effectively read and write
Have basic math skills
Possess basic computer skills
Can properly use and read a tape measure
Ability to use small tools and equipment
ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
3+ months experience in a manufacturing/production environment
PAY RANGE
$36,700 - $53,200
